Canterbury Roman Museum
The Roman Museum is underground at the level of the Roman town. It's an exciting mix of excavated real objects: authentic reconstructions; and preserved remains of a Roman town house with its famous mosaics

Crabble Corn Mill
The current watermill, built in 1812, is situated in the picturesque village of River , on the outskirts of Dover . There have been mills on this site since at least the 13th Century. Rescued from demolition and fully restored in 1990 this Georgian mill still grinds wheat to produce wholemeal flour. The flour is available for sale in the mill shop as well as at several local retailers. Where possible the Café bakes its own cakes and scones using our own flour, while our bread and rolls are baked locally using the same flour - also available for sale in the mill.

Museum of Canterbury
A new development in the heart of the ancient city of Canterbury is nearing completion and will be fully operational later this year. The existing, much-praised Heritage Museum is being extended and recreated as a 21st century interactive museum, whose revitalised theme is the city itself and its often turbulent story
